the reason he did that is not to cut it off but to keep the surgeon of the damn (forgot his name) from cutting through him in half the sword combine with his arm stopped his attack from being as powerful

In the previous episode, he mentioned his price for the Jagan implant was for him to never reveal himself to his sister. However, he only learned of his sister after receiving the Jagan.
Actually if you listen, it said he knew everything that was said after he was born, he just never knew his sisters name but he did know of her.
Aside from all that crap. wasn’t Hiei a cute kid or what?! He was adorable!! I want a baby Hiei. lol. He also has the ability to get cyborgs to strip for him. There is no end to his amazing skills. lol.
