Impressive how Kurama was able to say “Bah” without an “h” at the end. I can’t do it.
That’s because in Japanese the letter “A” is pronounced softly, like “ah” in America (i.e. Kurama, Kuwabara, etc). “E” produces the “A” sound for them (i.e. Yusuke)

See, the thing about kurama is that hes too good. hes a genius, good fighter, good tactician, good with the ladies, and he also happens to be the most powerful demon like, ever.dont get me wrong, ilike kurama but the guy is just good at everything
The thing about Kurama, though, is that he is also too kind. Too trusting, too helpful. It was how he got in trouble so many times during the Dark Tournament. He trusted Yurayurashima, he wanted to spare Gama’s life which allowed Gama to seal his energy, he let Roto gain the upper hand because he didn’t want his mother to get hurt… Heck, he was even willing to form an alliance with Hiei and steal, basically blowing his cover as Suichi, just to save his mother’s life.
So yes, he is too good, too smart, too what have you, but there’s a downside to having too much of these qualities. It get’s him in trouble just as much as it gets him out of it, so I think he’s a fairly well rounded character.
Or maybe I’m just saying all this because he’s my favorite person in the entire series. Still I stand by my analysis.
“YU”suke “YU”rameshi…. any1 help on the hakusho part of the title? i honestly dont have a clue and im too lazy to investigate myself.
I think it means something like “Ghost Detective.” I know that isn’t the exact translation, but that’s what I remember reading.
At 12:27 Kaitou says the word ‘ready’ which, last time I checked, contains the letter ‘y’.
Wiki says Yu yu Hakusho basically means ghost files/spirit Detective
so if you guys notice. he says “it’ll be more difficult losing the letters S T and U” and when you say u. it is pronounced you. which has a y. lol
