Episode Summary

Just wondering since I’ve seent he series through like 3 times- why are Hiei’s eyes so much smaller in the beginning than the rest of the series? I heard it’s because he was crazy(er) now than later. Does anyone know?
I’m more confused as to why when Keiko is struck with a sword there is a jagon eye opening. They must have written as they went along or something? I thought Heie’s jagon was surgically implanted so wouldn’t other people have to have surgery too?
we learn that the jagon eye is actually something a certain race of demons have who, probably, barely even make to C,B or even A class let alone S class demons. the shadow sword makes those sorts of demons. what gets me is the fact that this is the only episode that hiei actually turns into his demon form ever even against sensui he doesn’t transform which i’d expect he would seeing how hard of a fight that one is for just 3 on one and the 3 are getting their asses kicked by sensui cause of the sacred energy armor.
he didn’t have the sword so he needed surgery but since she was hit with the sword her eye grew automatically
Hiei gets nicer and much more trustworthy as the series goes on. His eyes mark his evolution.
who could’ve thought that Yusuke will be a demon too in the future? Koenma confirmed in the 3rd season that Hiei was just class D on this episode but he’s already strong, Yusuke’s really just a lucky fool hahaha
that’s some pimple, haha.
how come hiei never transforms again?
I find it funny that Hiei says that he won’t make the same mistakes at Gouki and Kurama but he’s more overconfident than Gouki when he fights Yusuke. ^^
